How to Approach the Child with Short Stature Not Responding to Growth Hormone Treatment

Children with short stature hope to reach a better adult height with growth hormone treatment. But some children though they qualify for rhGH treatment in first place, do not respond as expected to treatment. In this session, the reasons for growth hormone treatment failure are discussed, differential diagnosis elaborated and possible treatment options suggested.
