Adrenalectomy for MACS with Bilateral Adrenal Adenoma/Hyperplasia

This session will discuss the approach to patients with bilateral adrenal nodules/hyperplasia with mild autonomous cortisol secretion (MACS). The session will cover the role of adrenal venous sampling and cholesterol scintigraphy for identifying the source of adrenal hypercortisolism. The session will also discuss the role of surgery and medical management in patients with bilateral adrenal lesions and MACS.
