The current knowledge about the contribution of genetic disturbances in obesity is growing fast. This talk will help clinicians to find their way in this complex topic. Moreover, it will highlights new insights from genotype to phenotype with regard to the evolution towards weight increase and obesity (and its interaction with environment).
